A continuación, se incluyen algunos ejemplos de los diferentes trabajos a lo largo de mi carrera, algunos de ellos son de gestión completa con pre-evento, operación in situ y reconciliación posterior al evento, otros solo operación in situ en nombre del cliente y otros desempeñando un papel clave dentro del equipo del cliente

bRASIL – AGOSTO 2016

Incentivo para Telcel durante las olimpiadas en rio de janeiro

Un mes de incentivo consecutivo para una empresa mexicana de telecomunicaciones donde descubrieron todos los lugares más destacados de Río junto con entradas VIP a los mejores juegos de las Olimpiadas. Mi papel fue la gestión completa del evento con parte de organización previa y a cargo de un equipo de 3 personas.

Austria – Julio 2017

Nuevo range rover velar en Viena

Evento de 24 días que consistía en un programa de 3 días consecutivos para minoristas provenientes de 11 países con un total de 1200 pax aproximadamente donde asistieron a entrenamientos, conducción en carretera, conducción en pista, bebidas de bienvenida, cenas al aire libre … un programa completo que tuvo lugar en el Hilton Vienna Danube Waterfront y donde mi papel era el de gestión del hotel.

España – Enero 2018

Lanzamiento del nuevo jaguar e-pace en Mallorca

Evento de 20 días que consiste en un programa 3 días consecutivos de minoristas de 15 países donde asistieron a entrenamientos, conducción en carretera, conducción en pista, bebidas de bienvenida, cenas al aire libre … un programa completo que tuvo lugar en el Melia Palma Bay Hotel & Palau de Congressos de Palma y donde mi papel era gestionar todo la parte de hotel.

España – Febrero 2019

Lanzamiento del nuevo Toyota Corolla en Mallorca

Lanzamiento a prensa donde la mayoría de los asistentes era prensa especializada tanto impresa como online. Evento de 18 días consistente en un programa de 2 días consecutivos con invitados de 15 países donde tuvieron una revelación simultánea del Corolla Hatchback, el touring sport y sedán, con conducción en carretera y con diferentes servicios de F&B que tuvieron lugar en el hotel. Este evento fue en el Hotel Park Hyatt en Mallorca, donde mi papel fue el Programa PM Drive; Presentación y cenas.

Canadá – Marzo 2019

Cumbre de la Red Roche ImCore en Vancouver

Evento de una semana con un programa de 5 días donde alrededor de 300 expertos científicos y clínicos líderes en el mundo se reúnen para la Investigación, con asistentes de 21 centros académicos de todo el mundo para acceder y compartir tecnología, datos y experiencia para avanzar en la ciencia de la inmunoterapia contra el cáncer, un complejo programa de reuniones con una sala plenaria, reuniones auxiliares simultáneas, recepciones, sesiones de posters, feria de tecnología y diferentes servicios de FB, tales como almuerzos tipo buffet, coffee breaks y cenas al aire libre. Mi papel era gestionar el F&B y las reuniones en el Westin Bayshore Hotel en Vancouver

España – Abril 2019

Reunión anual de Baywa en Sevilla

Evento de cuatro días en el que la compañía alemana Bayway fue a Sevilla para visitar a sus socios locales y celebrar su reunión anual, aprox. 80 asistentes. El evento consistía en reuniones en el Melia Sevilla junto con reuniones adicionales en un lugar externo, actividades como visitar un parque solar, degustación de aceite, cenas al aire libre y una cena de gala con entretenimiento. Estuve a cargo de la gestión completa in situ.

ALGUNAS DE LAS COSAS QUE MIS CLIENTES HAN DICHO SOBRE MI

TESTIMONIOS

I just wanted to let you know that Aurora recently managed our event in Barcelona and did a stellar job. She was calm, very solutions-oriented and extremely attentive the entire time. Her presence alone reduced the stress of the event in a significant way, and her ability to handle anything we threw at her with grace and ease allowed me to better concentrate on my own tasks and customers. We had a very successful event, and I think this is in large part due to Aurora making sure everything was taken care of and being independent in problem solving. I never had to follow up on anything with her, she was always on top of it. This relieved my stress in a way that I cannot communicate! It is rare for me to find a person I can depend on to get the job done correctly, but Aurora is certainly one of those people. My only regret is that we couldn’t take her home with us to give her a job at DOB Systems! Anyway I really wanted to pass on this feedback, she truly is a gem!
