This is how I do it

 

Below are some examples of the different jobs throughout my career, some of them are full managament with pre-event, operation onsite and post event reconciliation, others only operation onsite on behalf of the client and some others are playing a key role within the client’s team.

Brazil – August 2016

Telcel Incentive during Olympics in Rio de Janeiro

One month back to back incentive for a Mexican telecommunications company where they discovered all the highlights of Rio along with VIP entrances to the best games at the Olympics. My role was full management of the event with some pre-event work and being in charge of a team of 3 people.

Austria – July 2017

New Range Rover Velar Retailer Training in Vienna

24 days event consisting on a 3 days back to back programme for retailers coming from 11 countries with a total of approx 1200 pax where they attendded trainings, on road driving, track driving, welcome drinks, outside dinners… a complete programe that took place at the Hilton Vienna Danube Waterfront and where my role was the hotel manager.

Spain – January 2018

Jaguar E-pace Launch Event in Mallorca

20 days event consisting on a 3 days back to back of retailers from 15 countries where they attendded trainings, on road driving, track driving, welcome drinks, outside dinners… a complete programe that took place at Melia Palma Bay Hotel & Palau de Congressos de Palma and where my role was the hotel manager.

Spain – February 2019

Toyota Corolla Launch event in Mallorca

Dynamic Press launch where the majority of the attendees were print & online media.  18 days event consisting on a 2 days back to back with guests from 15 countries where they had a simultaneous reveals of the corolla Hatchback, touring sport and sedan car, on road driving, and different F&B services taking place at the hotel. This event took place at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Mallorca where my role was the PM Drive Programme; Presentation & Dinners.

Canada – March 2019

Roche ImCore Network Summit in Vancouver

One week event with a 5 days programme where around 300 world’s leading scientific and clinical experts gather for Research, a network of 21 academic centres from around the world to access and share technology, data and expertise in order to advance the science of cancer immunotherapy, a complex meeting programme with a plenary room, simoultaneous ancillary meetings, receptions, poster sessions, technology fair and different FB services such as lunch buffets, coffee breaks, and outside dinner. My role was managing the F&B and meetings at the Westin Bayshore Hotel in Vancouver.

Spain – April 2019

Baywa annual meeting in Seville

Four days event where the german company Bayway came to Seville to visit their local partners and have their annual meeting, approx. 80 attendees. The event had meetings at the Melia Sevilla and additional meetings in an outside venue, activities like visiting a solar park, oil tasting, outside dinners and a gala dinner with entertainment, I was in charge on the full management onsite.
